What to expect

Registration

Bright Minds Kids Zone is a drop-in child care that provides high quality childcare while you workout out, grocery shop, have a doctors appointment, lunch date, fishing, floating the river and more. All day care or just for a few hours, we've got you covered!

We have add on options available; snacks, lunch, diapers, and pullups - check in with your location to see what is available to you.

We use BrightWheel for all of our payments, parent communication while your child is in our care, and daily logs. To get an invitation before you show up, please fill out our form!

FAQ

Do you have space for my kid(s)?

Drop in child care is first come first serve. We maintain a ratio of 1 teacher to 8 kids.
What are your hourly rates?

$10/hr for public drop in $8/hr Fuel Gym Membership during Happy Hours of 10am-noon & 6pm-8pm You can also prepay hours!
How do you accept payments?

We use BrightWheel to track your child's check ins and outs. BrightWheel then creates an invoice pushed out to you that you pay directly on their site! We can not see any of your card info and they are a secure site!
What makes your staff high quality?

Staff undergo background checks, CPR/FA certification, trainings, and provide a fun, safe, clean environment for your kid.
Do you accept Best Beginnings?

No we do not. We are not licensed through the state (state does not license drop-ins), therefore we are unable to accept Best Beginnings.
How do I know if you will be closed/closing early?

Please call ahead or check our FB/IG page.
